The tape and the pointer
Cells in a row. One pointer. You only touch the cell you are on.
Lesson 3
Plus and minus
The cell under the pointer. Increment, decrement, wrap.
Lesson 4
Left and right
Greater-than moves the pointer right. Less-than moves it left.
Lesson 5
The dot
Output. The current cell as a byte. ASCII if it is a letter.

The comma
Input. One byte into the current cell. EOF is a local argument.

Brackets
While the cell is not zero, do this again.
