Myszkowski transposition — like a columnar, except identical keyword letters share one number. You read those together left-to-right, row by row, before the next number.
Keyword: STEEL
Column numbers (alphabetical; both E's are 1):

S T E E L
3 4 1 1 2
Write the plaintext row-wise under the keyword, no spaces. Then read by ascending number. Shared numbers: sweep those columns together each row before you move on.
Ciphertext (one run):
TCESHHCTIAHP
Put the spaces back for the answer.
