Measure the product by the hour it gave back. A mechanic who finds the bulletin faster. A teacher who gets a lesson skeleton that they then make human. A reporter — this one included — who can outline without losing the afternoon.
We won't invent a calamity. We won't smear a named private worker. We'll file when the assistant actually helps, which is the only review that matters.
